Abby Achey
Chief Executive Officer

Abby Achey has been the Chief Executive Officer for Lancaster Red Rose Credit Union since January of 2003. She oversees the complete operations of the main office and branch offices of the credit union. What Abby enjoys most about her job is the everyday contact with members while assisting them with their financial goals for the future. Abby is always finding ways to provide challenges and growth for all of the credit union’s employees.
Abby is a single super mom residing in Ephrata, PA with her two children, Chance and April. In her spare time she volunteers for the Lan-Chester Chapter of Credit Unions. Abby spends much time on the baseball field, the basketball court, the football field and the soccer field supporting her children’s sports activities.

Selena joined the credit union in 2003. A graduate of Dickinson College, her interests include billiards and spending time with her husband Mike and 2 sons, Michael and Robby. 

Wanda Carroll

Amy Dura
Collections Officer

Amy Dura started at the credit union in January of 2005.  She currently is in charge of collection and bankruptcy accounts  and helps members with their questions and/or problems.  Outside of work she loves to read, explore new places with her husband and enjoys spending time with her husband and dog.

Robert Erb
Chief Financial Officer

Robert Erb has been with the credit union since March of 1965. He handles all the accounting and investing for the credit union as well as payroll and supervisory responsibilities. Bob’s interest include vacationing at his cabin in the mountains, hunting, gardening, bike riding, reading the Bible and other Christian books.

David Kilby
Compliance & Audit Manager

Dave Kilby joined the credit union staff in December of 1996 as a teller.  His current position is that of BSA Compliance and Audit Manger.  He reviews daily transactions and loans that are disbursed to make sure proper procedures are being followed. Dave meets monthly with the Supervisory Committee discussing audit findings and relays concerns and suggestions from members. 
In his spare time, Dave enjoys playing the autoharp.  He is a member of the Lancaster County Folk Music and Fiddlers’ Society and attends various festivals in the summer months.  He plays music with a local band called “Stone Soup.” Also, he is Treasurer of the Wakefield Lions Club of southern Lancaster County.

Judy Kirchner
Teller

Judy has been with the credit union since 2002. She holds a bachelor of science degree in elementary education. Judy opens new accounts, processes transactions and act as backup for the manager of the branch.

Justine Marsula
Branch Manager

Justine started working at LRRCU in 2007 after graduating from IUP with a degree in Spanish. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, family, and friends.

Elizabeth O’Brien Oliver
Member Service Officer

Elizabeth began working at LRRCU in 2007 and is currently a member service rep.  Outside the work place you can find her playing sports and spending time with family and friends. 

Xiomara E. Rivera
Branch Manager

Xiomara joined the credit union in May 2010. She has been part of the banking industry for 9 years and enjoys every part of it. Xiomara is the Branch Manager at our Queen Street location. She has 2 children, Joe and Destiny and is dedicated to their sports and activites. Outside work she enjoys spending time with friends and family, basketball and is a die hard EAGLES fan. The most enjoyable part of her job is knowing she has helped a member reach their financial goals. 

Ericka Rodriguez

Al Segro
Chief Security Officer
 
Al has been employed at the credit union since September of 2003 and was a former financial analyst for RCA Corp and Burle Ind. Inc.  His responsibilities include security, compliance, facilities, maintenance of equipment and coordination of IT related issues. Al’s hobbies include hunting, computers, and home remodeling. He enjoys the company of Max, his yellow Labrador retriever, and he especially enjoy seeing the many friends that he’s made through the years while working at this facility when they visit the credit union.

Nicolé Smith
VP of Operations

Nicole has worked in the credit union/financial industry since 1991 and came to Lancaster Red Rose in 2004.  Her primary focus over the past few years has been with Mortgage & Equity loans. Outside of work she enjoys playing pool on a league, gardening, reading & movies. 

Caryl Wade
Chief Operations Officer

Caryl Wade started with the Credit Union in May 1990 as a teller/loan processor.  She has worked her way up thru the credit union ranks to her current position of Chief Operations Officer.  Caryl supervises the loan and Member Service departments.  In her free time she enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 sons.
